Something for my boys!

I am in the middle of finishing this project. It has been pending since last year...gosh!

These crosstitch projects are special dedicated to my two boys... :) For the elder one, done! For my little one, still on going lerr...

Their full name will be on it with a little birdie...nnt ada border all around the wordings. I chose 'a bundle of joy' for my elder son and 'a labor of love' for my little prince. It's like the title for them...with all my love!

Mt Kinabalu Zippered Pouch

I just wanted to sew something for myself and this idea came from makeit-loveit - here is the tutorial

She made it personalized with iron-on but mine, I just used my old like new t-shirt which been bought in Sabah. Look the MT. Kinabalu, SABAH BORNEO on the fabric...:) that is the design at the back of the t-shirt.

I cut a japanese cotton fabric and sew on top of it to hold the zipper. Isn't it nice? *wink*

Projek updates : Weekend 1

The fabric that I used for this project:

1- never wear old t-shirt 'Mount Kinabalu' - looks new

2- 1 meter flowery cotton fabric

Checklist

1- iron board cover - not yet

2- mini purse a.k.a coin purse - i think i wanna do zipper pouch la for this one :) i just like the zipper pouch done by makeit-loveit

i have cut the fabric but not done with the sewing

3- my cushion cover

4- bolster pillows cover for my kids - not yet

Ntah bila la nak siap kann...projek beg bunga cornusku...huhuhu. Bunga cornus pun tak menampakkan rupanya lagi :( i have no time to attend classes...mcm mana tu?

Hopefully boleh la habiskan few projects lagi before my free classes period expired. kalau tak...sedihnyaaaa tak manfaatkan free classes!

I have went through the tutorial of ID-Tag Luggage by Make-it-Love-it. Hmm yes, I love it! :) This ID-Tag Luggage I made with my style. It is not so impressive but I think they are cool!

All of them have an initial on it..MJ, MK and MB.

RingSlings

Last night after dinner, I decided to finish up my 'Must try Project' - RingSlings. The tutorial provided by NeezaNeedles in her blog. I want to use it next month ;) InsyAllah.

Last month, I have ordered two set of Sling Rings from Snuggbaby. I chose silver and gold, I just think these color can match the material I have...whatever!

I used by Batik lepas (it is long Batik) material for this RingSlings :) oppps, I forgot to take the pics last night. It is red color...red to maroon actually.

It is done and arghh am I look like a bibik if I am using this RingSlings to carry my baby?!! :p

Bantal Buchuk Ajim

Dua bijik bantal dah selamat di jahit untuk my 1st hero.

satu - di hantar ke nursery untuk dia tido petang

I used kain batik for the pillow. Jahit dulu empat segi dan tinggalkan sikit terbuka utk bagi inside out then add kekabu ke dlm bantal tu. Bia kekabu dah cukup, jahit tangan utk final touch.

Bila dah ada bantal, kena la ada cover pulak kann...

I just sew a simple cover for both bantal ;)

Baju Raya KU

Baju Kurung Raya yang sempat aku jahit sendiri tahun ni.

Walaupun tak secantik mana, tapi penuh bererti tau...:D haha

There are few things I have been sewing for the past weeks before and after Raya...including my Baju Raya :D haha. I will post it soon. Need to take my Baju Raya pics and also my son's pillow case.

This headband I made with love to a baby girl :) but I don't have one.

I gave it to Suzita's baby. Hopefully, she can wear it during Hari Raya...hehe

Pink ScaLeT Blouse

I did not wear a sleeveless blouse so I did this...

Cut two piece of cotton fabric which match this plain pink and make a sleeve for this blouse :)

After the simple modification, I can wear it now! Yeey...

New Mags

I am so happy having these two mags..I hope I can buy all seasons for my collection! :) They have variety of fashions with instruction how to sew it! That's cool...!!

This mags are for summer..Ruzila did sell this kind of mags online - now spring season which I can't afford to have them . I am aiming for the coming season - winter.

I love both of these mags! Happy Sewing...! *wink*
